About the Author

Questions of spirituality, faith, the brevity of life and what becomes of us after death are enduring questions for the ages - brought into particularly sharp focus with the events of the last few years.  However, author, lecturer, visionary and regular guy Jonathan Womack has a few answers.  Jonathan freely lectures on his own amazing out-of-body episodes and understanding of the soul's experience and existence before, during, and after death - in a captivating, compelling manner cloaked in an approachable, aw-shucks Midwest charm.

Previously a taboo topic, out-of-body and other supernatural experiences have gained credibility and interest through the increasing popularity of psychic mediums like John Edward and interdisciplinary scientific research on human consciousness led by The Monroe Institute (www.monroeinstitute.org) and other organizations.

Jonathan is committed to raising awareness on this topic through his lectures, website (www.jonathanwomack.com) and book, A Cry for a Hero, a semi-autobiographical fictional story about the world's first out-of-body superhero and defender of America's freedom (his birthday is 9/11).  He has had a positive impact on many people looking for even the briefest glimpse of what it all means and why we are here.

He is employed by Harvard University's Graduate School of Education and writes in his spare time. Upcoming thrillers include; Ram I Am  (the sequel to A Cry For A Hero) Soul Descendent, Make a Right, Aspect, The Dolphinius Effect, Hwarang, Old Souls, and Legend of the Dogman.
